The Corporate Climb is unlike any team-building workshop you’ve ever experienced. Designed for all abilities and skill levels, this is one of our most powerful and impactful programs because climbing is truly a metaphor for life. It encompasses many of the core values we strive for -- both personally and professionally -- such as leadership, trust, personal accountability, problem solving, decision-making, and goal setting.

Focusing on the specific workshop objectives, we customize and create a challenging, safe and unique experience for participants to enhance their "soft skills" within a fun indoor or outdoor rock or ice climbing setting. Throughout the workshop, we provide rich training tools to help make team members more successful in the workshop and in the workplace. Most importantly, the climbing activities lead to creative and innovative discussions on leadership and team competencies as they relate to the work environment.
Through a partnership with the Boulder Rock Club (BRC) and Colorado Mountain School (CMS), we are able to draw on some of the most experienced climbers in the country. The Boulder Rock Club and Colorado Mountain School are both American Mountain Guide Association accredited guide services, which means you will have the security of the highest international safety standards. We provide unparalleled instruction, state-of-the art equipment, extensive route knowledge and true climbing passion.
