The best session...best of the conference...Bring him back!... Sal was great...very useful information for all employees...need more sessions like this...great tools...Excellent!!!!...provided tools for giving effective feedback...excellent points on the gaps of management...helped me realize what kind of leader I am and things I need to change or positive things I am already doing...good refresher overall...focus on commitment rather than consensus...lead by example...want more information on “emerging” leadership...good information on organizing meetings...as you rise through leadership you are less likely to hear the truth –this was a good reminder...how to get employees engaged...nicely demonstrated the importance of recognizing different personality types and adapting one’s communication style to engage them.
