Corporate Climb

The Corporate Climb is unlike any team building workshop you've ever experienced. Participants work together to belay and rope handle as a climber moves up the rock wall. With climbing as a metaphor, we are able to link insights and new skills back to the work environment. We often combine the Corporate Climb with team and leadership content from our training programs and with personality profiles so that participants gain richer insight on how to be successful back in the workplace. Designed for all abilities and skill levels, this is one of our most powerful and impactful programs.

Through a partnership with the Boulder Rock Club (BRC) and the Colorado Mountain School (CMS), we are able to draw on some of the most experienced climbers in the country. BRC and CMS are both accredited guide services by the American Mountain Guide Association, giving you the security of the highest international safety standards. Through this partnership, we provide unparalleled instruction, state-of-the art equipment, extensive route knowledge and true climbing passion.
