Providing Performance Feedback
Providing Performance Feedback helps managers learn a systematic, fact-based approach to performance improvement through quality feedback. We all want to know how we're doing. Even though we constantly self-evaluate our performance, we really can't improve unless someone else takes the time to point out the strengths and weaknesses in our work. For the performance feedback process to work successfully, it must be collaborative. If it is, both parties will see the situation from the same point of view and agree on what needs improvement. When the performance feedback process is properly implemented, there are no bad feelings on either side.
In this 4-5 hour workshop, participants will review video presentations and case studies, participate in group discussions, practice new skills, and receive immediate feedback. Managers leave with implementation tools, troubleshooting guides and additional resources to help them apply the skills they have learned on the job.
Managers and team leaders will be able to:
